Posted by a few minutes ago a another good video entitled Harry Potter Wizards Unite MENTOR – Entry#14 – Bug and Solution for Fortress “Lights off” issue was posted by the Youtuber: Magnus Emissarius Ante-Magus
As informed in the page by Magnus Emissarius Ante-Magus: There are 2 solutions but the second one (at the end) involves losing ~1 min from the fortress countdown.
With that second solution, do NOT use the Escape button: you will lose the entire event.
